Should you trim split ends B4 getting locs?

If you cut/trim your hair before locking, it would unravel way too easily... Those raggedy, uneven ends help those ends lock easier and stay in place 😂😂 especially if starting with 2 strand twists.

I guess it's different for each person, I know a ton of people who didn't have that problem after trimming their hair, especially with kinkier hair. I wish I would have trim mine some, I'm not a fan of thin locs at the bottom. It's definitely optional. Thank you for watching💜
