I am surprised how good was this training! First time with bands and I loved it. I think that alternate bands training with dumbells and Kettelbell training might be my new way to train!

Shoulders were always my least favourite muscle parts to do in the gym. But I gave this workout a go and I'm not disappointed. It was both challenging and fun to do and I could really feel my shoulders after. Thanks Daniel, be safe!

Hey Daniel have u given any thought to doing two short warm up and cool down videos? I know u mention doing them as essential but I always end up going to other channels before and after your workout. Not only would i be super excited to see some of your favorite moves, but I think it would gain you a significant amount of views. Just an idea...either way I love your workouts and thanks for another good one :)

For building muscle these seems nicer. Cause you repeat exercises a few times, it's not done once with 26 different exercises. Therefore you can really feel this in your muscles once you're done. Very nice.

As always, great routine. I have been training for almost 30 yes and w/o a gym these are great. I started with ur upper/lower routines and now need to spend more time on each muscle group 💪

I had to use a super thin band (10Kg) for the rotation exercise, I was surprised on its efficiency.

Great - you should get some! Long resistance bands provide a great option to train you muscles in a different way. You can buy them online on amazon or other platforms. Keep up the great work Elaine :)
