Excellent neck strength and stretch video! I have 2 level cervical disc fusion and have been doing 5 parks yoga pre and post surgery. I showed my doctor some exercises and he agreed that it would be beneficial for healing. While I can’t do the full movements, I am gentle and stretch to the moment of tension....then ease up a little. Thanks again for bringing new videos Erin, I enjoy practicing with you.

I'm sure your way to busy to even respond, but I had to try. I am a 43-year-old teacher, wife, and mother. I have been wanting to try Yoga for years but always felt I was not skinny enough. With this Corona thing, I was looking for a way to relax and relieve stress when I found your KZbin channel. Being a beginner, I was wondering if you had any suggestions for me from your videos. I had gastric bypass 10 years ago, but still have pretty thick thighs and hips. A lot of loose skin. Thank you for taking the time to read this. How can I become a supporter?

Everyone has different body types...length of arms, legs etc. You should simply allow your body to go as far as it can 'comfortably' for each pose and session . Over time, you will be quite surprised how much progress you will make. We all start at day ZERO....sometimes I go weeks without, then I get back into it and Yoga quickly allows your mind and body to reset. Best of luck in your Journey, take is slow and steady.
