By far the best exercise I've seen and tried on the internet. Very grateful.

This is great, it did encourage me to bench press and overhead press again after a long time of a layoff due to shoulder issue.

this is probably one of the best channels i've seen on fixing imbalances. Everything I've tried has worked considerably.

Thanks for this helpful video. This is very challenging for me cause my shoulder mobility is quite awful, but I know it will benefit me in the long run....

Looks like a version of The Wall Test in MAPS Prime. unbelievable how hard this was for me at first. This movement has helped me out a lot over the last few months. Brink's the man! thanks fellas

I had shpulder surgery in March and have been healing slowly, most of my pain in the back has gone but I still couldn't lift my arm infront of my body, tried this and wow my hand and wrist is so far off the ground. Will defo be using this as I can tell this is highlighting the problem and will stretch out the muscle
