Two normal people, who obviously know what they are talking about, delivering clear concise advice on how to avoid and treat common wear and tear issues that we all face during exercise and day 2 day activities. And they do it in a good natured relaxed fashion. These are great videos !

Thanks for improving humanity, one video at a time. I followed along with my bands, pausing to push out the reps, and at the end my shoulder pain was almost non-existant.

Love these Thera bands videos you do. I use them every day myself. I used to keep my feet together when doing the positions but, it was difficult to keep my balance. Then I noticed Brad with one foot forward as he did the various moves and it really made a difference for me so, I wanted to ask you if you would make mention of proper foot position in your next video using the bands. That would be great. Thanks.

Bob: I don't understand how you can loop the band to the anchor so that you can use one side of the band on external rotation. Any chance you can describe in more detail or provide a close up photo?

Hi guys! I know this is old school but how about PT videos in DVD with exercises for specific issues - like after a stroke exercises, athlete's injuries exercises, weightlifter's healing exercises. You have so many good videos but they are all scattered throughout the years...it would help to have all of the workouts/stretches /positions together... just an idea

So sports med had mri done, have ‘significant ‘ bicep tear, and my rotator cuff is mush inside. Wasn’t even able to lift one corelle empty plate to show extent, nor dress myself. So fast fwd, have most mobility back but was told by physio to be very careful and not lift any wt. Please advise what I should and shouldn’t do...btw also have degenerative lower back and one knee replaced. Thanks for rotator band in this...if I should do them.
