Good advice Chris. I am 79 and can’t lift what I could 40 years ago, but I can still lift a lot more than most guys my age. The Key is to adjust as you get older, but stay with it and don’t quit. 😄

@@VLokkYI just started eating a lot and training really hard. Progressively overloaded the amount of weight I was using as well as the amount of food I was eating. I don’t think I’ve missed a single one of his videos since then 😂

Been dealing with a back injury for the past year+ that might be a mild herniated disc, as I was told this past Monday. With only the amount of motivation Chris gives off in his videos, I've forced myself to work around that and was able to get to 220lbs strong. Insane how Chris motivates.

I had a herniated disc almost a year ago and it was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I was out of the gym for a year and my one year anniversary from surgery is coming up in less than a month. I can assure you it will get better! I definitely recommend the surgery if they offer it, it changed my life.

Im following the Push,Pull,Leg split video you posted back in 2019. Obviously over the years things change, but is that a routine you would suggest to follow still or there any tweaks you think could be made? I’ve been loving it and it’s been doing great me but most of it is barbell related and obviously there isn’t much more of that going on anymore so I was just curious.

Do you do much long range fascia remodelling work or isometric holds. Fascia work gets a good pump and the holds help with tendon strength. Go for longer and healthier… big year lfg
