Congrats to Krizo for the 2023 season. For 2024 he needs to focus on 1) legs mass, abs thickneess, back width, bit more chest fullness 2) Hire a profesional posing coach that can teach you how to bring the best and tune the lat expansion, rear double, side poses legs, and abs and tights poses.
