Hey buff dudes,I had two questions, for all these years I had been only benching, and my results are not bad at all,but my shoulders are lagging, also I got shoulder pain, the kind that you get from too much benching,so I wanna include military presses as well,I had two questions, first, how do I include both bench and overhead presses without overtraining the triceps, and second, many people say that a big overhead press gives you a big bench, and that overhead pressing is the single best upper pec workout ever created,so are these claims true, can I do only overhead presses and have a huge chest? Thanks in advance.

Your shoulder workout is just like mine. Except instead of doing that lateral/front raise, I tri-set them, front raise, side lateral and then the pterodactyl thing for posterior, in one set! Feel the Burrrrrnnnn!!!!

I look forward to incorporate these in my shoulders workout. Thanks again buff dudes for another great video. I swear to god, I have become obsessed with the Overhead press. My current max is 135, but the only thing I've been doing are Overhead presses, lateral raises, Reverse flyes. Its great that I found this channel, cuz now I got more stuff to work on with my shoulders. I bowl and golf so having strong shoulders is important to me.

F*****g brilliant! Thank you, so much. This is going to be my new shoulder routine. I actually have a muscle imbalance in my right shoulder, because my external rotators are under developed (have been ignored!!) so I'm pleased you have really included them in this workout. A suggestion: Please can you make other videos like this, to cover all of the other main muscles? I'm speaking of chest, back, biceps, triceps, abs, legs etc ... Thank you once again, and have a great weekend. Dudes ;-)

Guys! This is really good. I have been ripped some years back, but not big. I ran alot and did push ups, ab rolls and back lifts at the end of every run. Now I wanna grow muscle so my question is: You talk a lot in your videos about "squeese". Could you explain that in detail? I know what the word means even though I am from Danmark, but I am not sure what I should command my muscles to do in the squeese. Thank you for motivation.

Hey BuffDudes I'm not sure if you have a video about this already and if so I apologise if you have but I'd love a vid where you dudes outline rep and set ranges and which are best for different goals. For example should one do 3 sets of 5 reps for Bench over 5 sets of 8 reps on a lower weight. As you know there's lots of contradicting info and I just don't wanna waste time on a rep/set range that's not ideal.
