That's so true! As soon as I get out in nature either for a walk, fishing or for making a fire to cook some nice meal up with friends all stress and social anxiety burns away with the camp fire and I return to society with a calm soul and a piece of mind. :D It's super important to get out there once and a while for recharge!

A beautiful place to have a fire and camp ! And a very good looking steak and potatoes ! Yum ! I agree with you that nature can recharge our batteries. It seems the body needs to reconnect with the natural rhythm of nature. And you can only do that by going into the woods. In addition, I agree you need a good camping buddy to "bounce ideas" off of, who is non judgmental and you can ask his advice. A good friend has saved many a friend from calamity.
