I bought Blacwire 3220 couple months ago, and so far I'm happy with the performance. The audio quality is good and noise cancelling is working very good in noisy environment

I have used the blackwire at previous job and its true that the ear foam on plantronics blackwire didn't provide the comfort after wearing for one hour. I have not worn or used the Discover D312U headset so I can't give a comparison of that one. I do like the leather ear coverings and would hope that would provide more ear comfort than what the blackwire does.

I notice a lot of booming in the mic when you're speaking with the D312U. It will be very annoying for the other people on the call.

Hi Abhijeet, thanks for watching and kind words! Both with be similar but given a choice we'd say the C3220 is a better overall headset for comfort, durability and sound. Now we'll leave it up to you to decide :) let us know which one you choose.
