Well, intelligence level is debatable. Online it states that the amt. stolen in ONE year from the US citizens is over 41 BILLION. So, one could surmise that it takes little intelligence to do this thieving, or they’re smarter than we think. Maybe both are true, that’s why there are so many of these call centers. It’s a super easy, yet criminal way to get very, very rich, just target the most vulnerable & uninformed population, the elderly, and it’s happy sailing, because the police do not care!
