It's not really hard tbh, all you need is study your guest, make interesting questions and something new not what the guest is always asked by other interviewers, and shut the fuck up and listen till the guest is done talking and not interrupt 😂

Eric Wright it’s definitely harder than that. I know far more bad interviewers than good ones. He do a far better job than people that went to school for that and had a longer career. He was a nba players we didn’t know them that well outside of basketball so I enjoy seeing him, Stephen Jackson and in other Shows Ron Artest who all was known for being constantly heated players turn into this, we know them more and I’m rooting for them.

sometimes we need 2 understand that 'tails' doesn't mean that 'heads' is a lie. they're parts of the same coin. sometimes people are arguing when they're both right. going forward sometimes means conceding what we think is right in exchange for what works.

Most of the time we say the interviewers talk to much and don't let their guest get shit across( Vlad, T.I. Breakfast club, Noriega and drink champs, etc. ) and now we get a show where the guest is actually a better talker and we complain. This was a great interview, they asks questions , gave commentary and let the guest speak.

The 28:00 minute mark is a life jewel 💎 It doesn’t matter how talented you are in anything! If you don’t have someone in a position of power or influence to co-sign you you’ll never get to the top! It took me years to understand the difference between a mentor and a sponsor. To reach the “next level” you’re going to need a sponsor! If it never comes then usually you will be marginally successful in the grand scheme of life! Facts 💯
