Terrell Owens, in my opinion, stands as one of the most dominant wide receivers in NFL history, right up there with the likes of Randy Moss (my favorite WR of all time) in terms of sheer talent and impact on the game. Regardless of what the media might say about him, you can never take away the fact that T.O. was an absolute force on the field. Sure, there were moments like him disrespecting the Cowboys' star, which, as a Cowboys fan, I didn't like. But beyond all that, T.O. has always been the guy who commanded respect and admiration for his incredible skills and dedication to the game. He didn’t really talk to anyone but at the end of the event I got to talk with him for about 10 minutes and he was super nice and first class to my girlfriend and I. Somewhere along the line some of these "sports analysts" started intertwining their critique of athletes' performances with their disrespect of athletes; talking in a way they wouldn't have talked growing up around these guys. I believe ESPN saw a lane in how these wild fans disrespect athletes and felt it could connect if their analysts did the same for a shock jock type show.
