Omg, probably the most challenging core workout I’ve ever completed. Just what I needed.

This is a good and challenging class but everything moves way too fast and it’s hard to follow the instructions to make sure you’re doing all of the movements correctly. I found myself having to rewind the video multiple times during the class.

I'm not sure what just happened there but that was nuts! I have to say that the counting to 10 and then just starting at 10 all over again was not cool.

Thought maybe this was so much madness because I tried it at 10:30 at night **tries again much, much earlier--nope. Also, what was that counting in intervals of 10 and then all of a sudden 30 more??? Maaaaaaaaan that's whack (but I'm the best kind of dead there is I suppose)

Good Workout but has nothing to do with Yoga..
@AndreaCastillo-nw4oi4 жыл бұрын
She is going too fast, and the counting is confusing of doing multiple 10 counts instead of just counting down from 30 etc. She is nice but seems like she is use to instructor at gyms not yoga
@behawkish4 жыл бұрын
@AndreaCastillo Lol! I'm just the opposite! I prefer counting so I can keep track of whether or not I do an even number of reps on both sides. But she also loses count, which does make the timer a better option. It's hard for dancers not to count. I've recently started doing workouts with timers and I've grown to appreciate those a lot! A while back I really got into those 80's workouts and they count on most of those. Don't know what the difference is, but peoples bodies looked totally different back then. Some are pretty hard! Some are absolutely HILARIOUS! Some make you laugh too hard to get anything done - like this one!!! LMBO!!! kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIHSlnl5n7V7m5Y

Almost comically bad. Good to see that others see it too. I used to subscribe to Alo Moves and was disturbed by Ashely's instruction style. She only gets praising comments on the website, and I don't understand why. Her real yoga classes are okay, but not these workout classes that indeed have nothing to with yoga. Alo bears some responsibility too. They should let Ashley film and narrate separately so that she wouldn't be too out of breath to instruct. They also asked her to produce a video that's too long. 20 mins of this would've been plenty.
@erinrosehubbard4 жыл бұрын
This might be the worst "yoga" class I've ever done. Nothing mindful about it, way too fast, no focus on the breath. That last move, if you didn't know better is so dangerous for your back! Especially at that pace. The instructions were unclear and there was absolutely no warm up. She even said something like "no 'cheat' rests here" UM.. in yoga you're supposed to rest when you need it! That's being mindful and taking care of your body. I'd like to see less classes like this.

Awful class. This has nothing to do with yoga. The instructor does the moves way too fast for any of it to be effective (her form is terrible and you can tell she's just using momentum.) She also doesn't take the time to prompt the movements or explain what she's doing. I'd look up and she'd be on a completely new exercise without having said anything. The counting is also incredibly confusing. Not worth the time.
@ViviGuu4 жыл бұрын
This class is not mindful and not spiritual at all! kind of like a showoff show of this instructor! and never let the followers stop, so this is like a online and offline competition?? and the winner gets what? maybe an injury....
@ViviGuu4 жыл бұрын
and any yoga classes I took, even if the trainer is super advanced, they wont make us feel like we are bad or couldnt catch up, I was always encouraged to keep training and practising and digging my body more, and this class is a total discourage to me. just trying to prove that I couldnt catch my breath and she somehow can.

Good core workout but personally, I'm just not a fan of this instructor's style.
@rtonce4 жыл бұрын
While I agree that movements with the added benefit of developing balance are good, this vid was wayyyy excessive. It is too long and the actual benefits would not be worth the time and discomfort of one, long workout. There are much more efficient ways to get better results.
