Shredding Failed Prints - 3D Print Waste Recycling

It's been a busy week, so I thought I'd share a quick video of shredding. It's pretty satisfying to watch! If you like the video, let me know in the comments and in the future, I will put together something with a little more production value:D
In this video, I shred waste 3d prints, support and filament. White PLA, Blue PLA and Grey PETG. The output will need further processing but this should give you an idea of the general process required to recycle 3D printing waste.
The shredder used in this video is the one I assembled on the channel a couple of months ago (with a few changes). So feel free to watch that video if you want to know more.

Lower rotation speed should help a lot. Have you tried it?

Hello, I'm actively searching for a plastic shredder/granulator for my company. We need to shred PP, PE, PVC and PVDF because we are thinking of getting a Filabot EX2 Extrusion setup to recycle a lot of plastic that we have laying around in our headquarters. Out of curiosity. What machine are you using in this video? We have seen your mini review of the Filabot Reclaimer, but are searching, not a huge, but somewhat bigger machine than that. Just like this one you are using here. Would be great if you could give us some advice about this machine or some alternatives :) Regards, Nikolas Vincenti - FP Steelplast S.r.l.

Sorry for the slow reply, have had a break from KZbin. The shredder in this video is based off the Precious Plastics machine and was purchased from Sustainable Design Studio in the UK.
