shrimp stuffed chiles guerritos

Tried these appetizers for the first time at a Mexican restaurant in Palm Springs. I loved them so much, I decided to re create them at home. I made my own Chipotle sauce too🤤

Thanks,Alicia. They were indeed delicious. Definitely making them again myself. And I do recommend you try them. I had never seen or heard of these appetizers before till recently and had to re-create them. Everyone makes them differently but the thing that I see in common is the use of soy sauce;)

Been trying to find a recipe closest to what I’ve had and this is the closest I’ve seen. Can you please post the full recipe!

I ate something similar at a restaurant when I went traveling two years ago and I decided to just recreate my own so I do not have a recipe to post. From what I remember, I literally just cooked then cut up seasoned shrimp and stuffed them in the yellow peppers and made a sauce. It was just a one time recreation.
