Something else, the flosbury flop. If you shield surf, then shield spin, and during your spin jump, 1 frame after jumping taking of your shield, you’ll get rag doll into the sky. You can combine that with a rising ice block to be able to reach a jump high enough to jump over the goddess statue at the spring of wisdom. Hope this helped!

despite you saying that you dont like your voice, I think you sound fine, I would have put the intro in the beginning but it did make a good transition. If I could make a suggestion, if you could also put where the location of the shrine is that would be appreciated. Im playing botw and I don't recognize this shrine. The tips with shield surfing are great, I didnt know you could use it to dodge the guardian beam or go underneath platforms in water levels. Im probably going to come back to this video often before trying a cryosurf. My only question is do you have to use the first shield in the layout? Other than that I look forward to the bomb video.

You can use whatever shield you want. They all work the same. :) In future videos, I could put the shrine names in the clips, as well as their locations. I use the first shield simply because it’s easiest to unequip.

Great video!! I'm also waiting for your Quickshielding tutorial...lol I've repeated the vid for times, and it just looks like using crouch canceling and shield parrying almost at the same time, and then press ZL to relock onto the guardian sidestepping immediately. I pulled it off and thought it's feasible when practicing, but failed when really parrying lazers from guardians. Even though I parried the first lazer, the next lazer is too fast to evade......

For the RNGuardian Cryonis jump, could you try using a bomb and detonate it in mid air?

Yes! If you do the cryonis jump and drop a bomb at the start of the jump, then detonate it when link is falling down from the jump, link will get hit by the outer part of the explosion and rather than ragdolling will sort of go crazy. That was a bad explanation. It requires practice.
