1. A smaller waist can contribute to V tape body shape in addition to a wider shoulder. Hence, you should aim to maintain 15 - 10 % body fat because it is very difficult to maintain body fat below 10 % throughout the year . 2. Middle delt is best triggered by dumbell and cable lateral raised. 3. Overtraining your upper trapezius makes u look smaller . 4. 2:58 Our muscle consists of Type 1 ()(black) ,type 2(white ) and Type 2x (gray )muscle fibre . The shoulder is an almost equal combination of types of 2 and 1 of fibre muscle. Type 1 muscle is first activated by low-weight and high reps whereas type 2 is activated when you slowly increase the volume .Thus, a combination of high reps at the early stage of workout followed by subsequent heavy weight lifting will ideally lead to optimal results. 5. 3:35 Type 2 muscle has the biggest potential to grow bigger than type 1. In order to fully activate it, the form must be proper, maximum 12 reps and lastly you must train your shoulder till almost fatigued (2 reps in reserve ) .
So glad that you have subtitles now, I’ve always wanted to watch but don’t know enough Chinese

Thank you for sharing many useful fitness videos and a great attitude that has really elevated my understanding! However, I would love to hear about issues related to height and genetics. I have talked to my elders countless times about how weightlifting does not affect height, but I haven't found any detailed videos on the topic. I look forward to seeing future works on this topic!
