I used to think that you cannot make dramatic improvements to your flexibility as an adult. I've kind of changed my mind since, but your progression was much more impressive than I imagined possible! Really inspiring to see someone actually make the journey. Would love to see the front split as well in the future!

I spent a lot of time figuring out how to train it right, with the correct approaches, i think all of us can do it, I got lucky, some experts at the gym gave me a lot of good advice
