By far the best version of this out there. I could spend hours working on this (and I did)! Nothing Keith plays is particularly hard once you have it figured out. The genius is in thinking of it!

This is so perfectly stated. I've been playing for only a year or so, at 60... And I got this whole intro learned in a couple hours. On my acoustic. Not exactly fluid to stand up and play in public but I got it pretty good. But like you said, how does someone come up with these licks???

I haven’t heard anyone really dig into it this way. This is fantastic. I’ve been trying to show my son this tune correctly. You’ve nailed it and really really well. Thanks! I’m a bass player for 30+ years. Pretty good career doing it. Never had an interest in playing guitar. Son is autistic and doesn’t seem to be able to tolerate lessons with a teacher other than me. So thank you

Since I discovered Andy I've learnt more in 4 months than I have in 30 years of trying to get better. You have a form of genius. I've noted that no matter whose song you are doing, you nail it like that guitarist. You do Neil Young songs and we could be listening to Neil. Same here. That is an extraordinary skill. Your selfless service of the guitar and what it does to enrich the life of us guys out here scattered about the world. All done anonymously with not a hint of self promotion. I suspect you are a better bloke than guitarist.

Grown up in the sixties and getting in to music since then, now in my pension period, left with a intense desire to learn songs from that time that i couldn't play then, I'm so happy with Shutup&Play's Andy, the best teacher anyone could wish. So I fully agree with Philip, it has filled my life with a dream, I never could have fulfilled without this excellent teacher. I'm connected with him in his enthusiasm for the music we all love. Thanks a thousand times. Unfortunately I'm not able to donate to Andy because I didn't succeed in getting financially independent during my life, sorry for that, If I had money, I gave it all to him.

Such a great lesson! One of my favorite thing about your vids is that you have "normal" hands and fingers yet are able to play anything, reach any note, any fret, etc. Your little finger is really just a little finger, not something that looks like a yard stick. On some of these lesson vids you see guys with outrageously long fingers and you think "No way I can play any of this without that reach". Not true, you prove the case. Thanks for the vids you do, they are awesome.
