Dam. This interview cut deep. I had to pause momentarily from being overwhelmed emotionally. I remember Jamal Barrows, aka Apache, aka Shyne, aka Moses. Flatbush Brooklyn. Decepticons, Ditmas, Shallow JHS, Columbia jackets and Timberland boots. From that to this. I walked the same path. Experienced the same things. Remember seeing you in my paths. Today we are freedom fighters seeking to help our people and communities. Our upbringing was shaping and molding us into what we are doing today. This interview was humbling, powerful, empowering and had me very emotional. I shake it off quick and I'm back on my square. Back on my post. Salute to you Moses. Thanks for being an example. Jamaica has been taking a lead on a few issues. e.g. decriminalizing cannabis. Meanwhile, the Bahamas government(my country) is proud to be 21st century slaves of the Caribbean to Britain and the USA smh. Every July 10th, we celebrate a false independence. Just gutless. Take em to court! The windsor family/Elizabeth should not be the head of state for any nation other than its own.
