@@vhiap3850 I'm not a doctor, but can share my experience of acid reflux. Avoid regular intake of citrus foods, but 1 tsp lemon juice mixed with 1 tsp honey in 1 cup warm water every morning should be fine. Make sure to eat something solid after 30-40 mins of drinking this lemon water (like poha, upma, corn flakes, idli, chapathi bhaji, porridge etc.), otherwise acid reflux may cause some issues. Also, to help with acid reflux, sleep with your head at a little bit higher level than the rest of the body, so that the stomach acid doesn't travel up to the mouth during sleep. It also helps to eat cooling foods like ash gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, buttermilk, salads, fruits and simple home cooked meals like khichdi, kadhi, kanjee etc. and vegetables cooked in minimal oil and spices. Avoid tea, coffee, non veg and any processed foods, e.g. chips, sauces, fried food, restaurant food etc. Also, try to have meals at the same time every day and have early dinner around 7-7:30pm.
