@@SalhiyyaJassam-fg1sw I was actually skeptical at first to see a sponge cake recipe with the yolk getting mixed with the egg whites right off the bat but it does work. Though in my experience the cake deflates immediately, probably because the egg whites which should've helped stabilize it was beaten along with the yolk but still a really quick way to prep snack if you want something home baked for the family.

I found making the basic sponge cake really difficult especially seeing all sorts of different methods and ingredients.
