@@caperboy1169 - I distinctly remember a number of folks (yucking it up) weren't saying that when Wright was in junior and the AHL. They declared he was a bust at age 18, 19 and 20.

Montreal really needs to get another good draft like in 2024 with Demidov/Hage. Misa and Bear wo,uld also be great but even greater with Schaefer/Bear. For Schaefer, they would need to win the lottery !!!

Great show fellas, as usual. Love the translation Grant. Spot on lol Can’t wait to see Demidov play with the Habs. Do you guys think the habs management will sign a big free agent this offseason to complement the roster next season?

Grant, the passion is back! Just take it easy on your camera. It would serve the Habs well if another team took Primeau on waivers. But I cannot imagine that anyone wants to take him on waivers OR trade for him. If he is not picked, send him to Laval. Grant, Shayne is too young to get the Hendrix reference.

It's obvious to me why they've quit the times they've stopped playing. They're a proud group of young guys, they've said they want to make the playoffs and are fed up of being sellers at the deadline. Molson and co. saying they want to be in the mix makes matters worse in that locker room. I bet Suzuki, Caufield etc, are frustrated management haven't made any moves at all this year. Traded Monahan, Kovy, Allen. No replacements. I'm sure they understand they're rebuilding but there are limits like you can pick up a goalie, a dman, a centre, or trade for one, here and there, help them be a little bit more competitive down the stretch cause there are so many gapping holes on this team right now. You're asking them to carry too much of a load. So when they stop playing and give up consecutive goals...to me it's obvious why. Kinda that despair feeling and an FU to management. Don't help us well we won't help you. Problem is for management who's likely decided they need that high pick, it's a win for them. It better not boil over and core players want out, or relationships turn sour. I don't think so with Suz and Cole. Pretty easy going, cool guys. Enough is enough at one point

Talent grit 2 way players goal tending stud RD a lot of NEED. We have all the chips let’s use them. Too much talent gives you a pass on the rest of your game but we don’t have the talent either. Our team has no continuity and we are soft. If we are playing shit move up the guys playing well in Laval. We definitely have enough guys on the big team that need a rest and we have guys in Laval that have earned their chance. Don’t care if we win as long as we play hard. Move Laine up with Suzuki and CC and admit we don’t have top 6 and play out the season. We have to earn our ice time and get some good veteran talent.

Did you see just before the game yesterday sportsnet shows the maple leafs workout room there’s a big sign that says Grit Grind Greatness. The leafs have changed their ways now before was all offensive skaters no D. Lost every year. But finally they get it. You must play like men as nilan says gritty grind it out not 🐱hockey. Our Habs need to adopt that mode too. Grit Grind and Defence. Get BIG players not tiny players. Hughes has the wrong style of play he’s trying to incorporate. Marty’s same 🐱style. Marty must go now. We must win now not tank like Hughes obviously wants. So fed up

@@mikepelk - they have focused on "grit and grind" and haven't had a top 10 scorer in almost 40 years. Not a sniff of a cup in 30 years. That team had no chance against Tampa Bay that was better in every phase of the game.
