Met him while driving thru West Memphis back in the late 90s I believe? He was walking out of a gas station and there was never a question in my mind that was Sid Vicious. Ok so I didn't meet him as in get to talk to him or get an autograph but it sure was crazy seeing a dude that damn big that I've only seen on TV. I kick myself for not saying hey but I think I was so intimidated by him that I chose to just keep walking.

I have always liked Sid....! I am from Germany and in 1991 WWE was in Kiel (a small town near Hamburg) with the main event "The Undertaker vs. Sid Justice"...!!! What a match that was...! He was feuding with Regal in early '94 so it was no more than 2-3 months, but I'm pretty sure that he did the pre-Starrcade tapings (debut of the robot intro/Mean Gene) and it wasn't edited in footage cause he looked a bit lighter and like he'd been through war compared to the pre-Havoc tapings

I'm from Blackburn where this happened, it is a mad story. Arn attacked Sid with scissors, Sid was a monster so obviously fought him off then got the better of the fight. Not only does Arn try and sue Sid but WCW fired Sid too, they conveniently replace Sid with Ric Flair for the title match against Vader. Wrestling is a dodgy political game at times.
