7;28 and some people don’t prefer wearing watches while sleeping bro. Its just rings are fine while sleeping but watches can make you uncomfortable during sleep.

Any idea which one is better the Fittr HART x2 vs GABIT vs ultrahuman air . What’s the difference and which one to buy . I want to track sleep , stress and workout (not the much cardio person )

I have not used Fittr But I have used Ultrahuman Air and GABIT Air is definitely premium, comes with quality app with great backend support But like I mentioned GABIT only wins in price to performance ratio since it’s half priced But few things to consider GABIT case is of poor quality GABIT ring heats up at times GABIT ring is bulky Feature wise they are very identical

Nope it’s free to use. Other things like diet plan and all that stuff is paid stuff but ring feature and space is independent inside the app free to use.

Price to performance ratio - Yes But few cons compare to Ultrahuman Not made in India Heavy Slow charging Poor fit and finish charging case. Rest is very similar and price is half.

Very accurate with sleep tracking. Very comparable with top tier tracking devices like Apple Watch
