Dear thank you so much for the warmup demo. I have few Qs. I am a senior citizen and would like to do this warmup and few pranayama daily without any Asians. Is it ok . I had knee operation (common fracture) so can skip the ankle exercise. Also do you have any comprehensive (warmup, asanas, pranayama etc) package for senior citizen (other than chair yoga) .best regards

Great video, I liked how it progresses down the body and the incorporation of breathing. Would you consider looking at suggestions for people with joint hypermobility or connective tissue conditions (what some refer to as "double-jointed"? I have hypermobile shoulders, and I've been noticing I overstretch them or get pain in them a lot during even though I focus on beginner yoga. (For example that happened a little here, though no harm was done). Thank you, I look forward to more of these videos.

The intensity of the pain remains the same. If you could make some videos of asanas which will make impact in the back pain and glute muscle pain, it will be really great!

Sirji, your all videos are very nice and simple to understand and follow. However, in all the videos it is very difficult to observe exact position and angle of your feet and hands because of written commentary belt defeating the purpose of your nice teachings. Request you to shift written commentary belt to either side of screen. This will help all of us to observe and follow exact angle and direction of hand, feet and boos in different asanas. Thanks for nice videos once again.
