You definitely don’t need chair for lunges. You will work your abs better and train your balance if you don’t. Still great workout

The chair is there exactly for the reason you said ☺️ without a chair it will be more of a balance exercise and you will get also other muscles working (e.g. quads, abs). If you lightly hold on to something, you will feel your glutes engaging better. The holding is optional but if you want to feel your glutes more than your quads, I highly recommend it 🌸🥰🥰❤️ i would however prescribe lunges without holding in full body workout that is not targeted for glutes only

You can build muscle with calisthenics, this is no different, so yes, it is possible, to what extent that depends primarily on genetics, next consistency, time under tension, good form

Para ver resultados tienes que hacer los mismos ejercicios, si estas cambiando la rutina es imposible que veas resultados rapido. Además estos son los ejercicios que existen para trabajar tus gluteos de manera localizado, no hay más. Y eso es lo que hace esta chica
