I have a profile on acx. You not only have to record your reading; you also have to master and produce the recordings per acx standards. You also need some sort of sound booth. If you can't handle rejection don't do it. I just started and have done thirty auditions. I have not received any feedback from the authors and have been rejected multiple times.
