Coach Elia, one of foot naturally likes to face towards the ceiling when I’m doing to middle splits, basically one leg rotates less, is this a problem? My middle splits are almost flat but I wonder if this is preventing me from getting fully flat..

A difference between your legs is pretty common. Try to make your legs even though!

Both are hard, but the pancake is the hardest for me.
