Sidechain (Ducking) Reverb in Ableton Live

Heey man, big fan of your videos! Learned a ton from it! Would you ever consider making a video in the style of Denis Kenzo. I think that kind of emotional prog trance is a bit forgotten and it would be cool to see and discover it more. Anyway! Thanks for all you cool stuff you're sharing!

Thanks! I hadn't considered doing a series on progressive trance before (and TBH I'm more experienced in the uplifting side) but I'll look into it!

Is there any reason you couldn't just send this to a vox reverb return and then have that return duck the vox track?

You could definitely do that - I do sometimes run reverb sends but I sometimes do some processing after the reverb too (like LFOTool, etc) which I may not want on every track's reverb. I'll do it the way you see it in the video for tracks I want to have more control over the reverb tail without changing the reverb of other tracks
