I’ll be sure and do that. I’ve got one in 300 blackout with a 6.75 in barrel i am going to post a video on before too long.

Did you put that collar on the virtus or have a gunsmith do it? Thanks
@cgmeals3 жыл бұрын
I put it on myself. It just slides over the barrel and provides a 90 degree shoulder so you can attach the asr mounts. Put some rock set on the threads for the asr flash suppressor and good to go. The inside of the tapered adapter is machined perfectly to fit on the taper so you can mount a suppressor correctly.

@@9ajaxavacadogeek.16 that’s going to be a nice setup! Are you going to form 1 the lower to turn it to an SBR? I’ve done 3 within the past year or so, and it only takes about a month to get your stamps.

@@cgmeals yes sir , I did it lastnight. The last 3 eForm 1's I did took less than 25 days for approval. Funny story my first form 1 when I uploaded my jpeg photo I didn't look to make sure it was correct and submitted sponge Bob and Patrick in leather with whips. I'm sure they got a laugh out of that one.

Hello,mate, that's true, that sig mcx 556 have lowest recoil in 223 rifles?
@cgmeals2 жыл бұрын
I can't answer that for sure as I've only shot a handful of 5.56/.223 rifles. It is an extremely low recoil gun & round. The Sig MCX's have some extra weight to help control recoil. Recoil has never been an issue with this gun!

Do you have to get that special tapered barrel adapter for every can or only just SiCo ASR mounted cans?
@cgmeals2 жыл бұрын
You’ll have to get one for every can except the Sig cans.

What's the suppressed noise like with that suppressor? Is it bearable without ears protection?
@cgmeals2 жыл бұрын
5.56 doesn’t suppress super well, but with that said this is still bearable. I think ear pro is still a good idea if you’re gonna be shooting a lot for a prolonged time.

Did you find the rifle really gassy when shooting suppressed?
