People remember that this Airgun is built to provide low cost, at home live fire, concealed carry training for those who own the 9mm powder burning P365. It doesn't need to be a powerhouse for 7 yard defensive drills.

I have one and it is such a perfect duplicate of the real 9mm it's only a matter of time before someone uses the wrong one. If you have both, it is a very good practice tool, but be very careful to keep them separate!
@swangin843 жыл бұрын
@@texas66 I would think the real one would be heavier. I don't own either one I'm actually curious to know the answer. I've also heard that it's such an exact replica you can still use the same custom holster for both. Wow.
@texas663 жыл бұрын
@@swangin84 From the Sig Sauer web site, the real P365 is 17.8 ounces empty, the air gun version is 13 ounces empty. Loading the air gun with the CO2 cartridge adds a little over an ounce so it is a little lighter but it is exactly the same size, out can use the same holster. So put the real one far away if you're practicing with the CO2 version in a place you would not shoot a real gun!!!!

I bought one of these as soon as I saw it and it's one of my favourite guns, it feels so real. The action is very simple as the trigger squeezes the barrel directly against the bb whilst still in the magazine and then fires the co2. If your bbs are dry it can make the trigger feel tough and gritty so I sometimes spray some silicone lube over the balls (!) in a container before use which helps a lot. Dust devils are just horrible in this gun. It can also hang up when trying to fire the penultimate bb as the slider gets hung up on a step in the magazine at the top (just shake to release).

Just a question - probably a silly one. If you use 4.5 mm PLASTIC BBs in a traditional air pistol, then wouldn't it be equivalent to a smaller caliber AIRSOFT gun? And, conversely, if you use 6 mm METAL BBs in an airsoft gun, then doesn't it just become a larger caliber TRADITIONAL AIR PISTOL?

Hi Andy - thank you for your great airgun reviews. I like them very much! This time, however, I had a different experience than you. 4 month ago I bought this really nice looking Sig Sauer P365 and I also shared my first impressions in the co2-community. After testing the only thing I really liked was the look of the P365. Unfortunately the pistol was very unreliable. Most of the time the slide made problems. I was also not at all satisfied with the precision. So it was difficult to hit the target (14cmx14cm) at all from 5m away. And there was a big problem with a fast cool down. Or maybe only my P365 had these problems? It would be interesting to know what experiences other owners have had with their P365.
@cozmcwillie78974 жыл бұрын
Papa Charlie. I had slide problems too: when the last shot leaves the slide open and you reload a full mag, I found I had to rack the slide back all the way before letting the slide forward. On other guns like '92, or 1911, you press the slide hold open lever to release -the slide flies forward reloads without fuss. But when I did the same with the 365 it didn't fire right until I racked the slide. I hope this is useful else I can't help . Also it doesn't tell you how to strip it down in the instructions: when I did it was in great need of oil, which improved things no end. In case you haven't, the right-hand side of the 'take down' lever turns down and around to the seven o'clock position; it moves a bit like the safety catch, but very stiffly and the opposite way.
@RWMAirgunsmithing3 жыл бұрын
The bb's are loaded into the barrel when you pull the trigger NOT when the slide cycles but the slide MUST cycle to cock the hammer, you need to pay attention to this to avoid jams. Its good for finger control ;)
@Joey03674 ай бұрын
I love this replica of the 9mm version. It’s incredibly comparable to the 9mm. My only complaint is the design of the magazine which holds the CO2 cartridge. What I’m inferring is after shooting all your rounds, you have to drop the cartridge and reload again because the CO2 cartridge is connected to the magazine. I know other brands do the same thing but the Glock 19 Gen 3 for example does it correctly. The CO2 cartridge and the magazine are separate. 👍🏻👍🏻

It's closer to the real thing and now I don't need to dry fire my carry gun(or at least do it much much less often, not that I do it often) It can also just be for fun plinking as you said.
