Our collective mission
Our collective mission "Gender democracy, anti-discrimination and participation" is a guiding principle for our culture and cooperation, our political education work and our service departments. It is based on the mission statement "Anti-discrimination and diversity at the Heinrich Böll Foundation". Our aim is to ensure that social diversity is also reflected in our workforce and the target groups we reach and that we create a working culture that is sensitive to discrimination.
