My now fiancé used to do a lot of these things to me. He would gaze at me (which made me uncomfortable and I couldn’t return eye contact at the beginning because it felt like he was really “looking” at me... like into my soul looking haha) He used to try to move closer than I was comfortable with, and yes, when he smiled or laughed at me it was with eye crinkling :) Now days we are much more comfortable together (obviously) and I don’t have any problem returning his eye contact or being close to him. But at the beginning he displayed a lot of these traits and I tried to do the opposite of these traits to put him off XD

When you were talking about gazing into someone's eyes, I started feeling like you were looking at me affectionately like you found me attractive. -smiles and winks flirtatiously- ;) So if you were trying to imitate that, you did a good job. :) Most of my dating experience is online and virtual, but I find when I'm attracted to someone, I can be silly and be myself more.

I disagree with the laughing sign. I laugh very easily. I am a genuinely happy person, and I have a great sense of humor. So if it really was about being attracted to someone, that would mean I was attracted to almost everyone on the planet. Most jokes whether they be childlike, sophisticated, or intellectual, if I get the joke I'm going to laugh. It doesn't matter if the person is attractive or one of the most unattractive people on the planet, funny is funny. I understand some people will laugh only if they are attracted to somebody, but laughing because someone is funny does not mean you're attracted to them. This kind of advice will confuse a lot of people because if someone makes a joke and someone laughs, they're going to automatically think "that person likes me" instead of "hey I was funny."
