usually how long does it take to restore dysbiosis when using something like youtheory or megaspore probiotics?

I did this challenge about three years ago at Ali’s recommendation. It was very helpful. It showed I needed more probiotics that I was currently taking and that helped many of my symptoms. Thanks guys! PS: I love the blooper outtakes! 😂

I got food poisoned really bad about a year ago. My body got so messed up, I could barely walk or see straight. I then had bad gut health and a ton of other problems. I couldn't sleep right, very low energy, all my vitamin levels were low, headaches, chills, and tons of anxiety. I tried clearing and I don't think it worked because I still have problems. I recently tested and had anemia and high inflammation. I wake up feeling sick all the time, it's really a mess and depressing.

Check out our resources on Beat the Bloat Cleanse, I'd highly suggest that protocol and supplement bundle to really reset the dysbiosis and kill off overgrowth, the anemia is indicative of inflammation and infection. Also I'd layer in bone broth as a therapeutic food and my GI Lining Support to coat and protect gut as you cleanse it!

Been doing the test and I’m up to 4 pills a night. At 2 pills it was perfect. I’m now at 3rd day of 3 pills and it’s not so great. I have however zero bloat. I’m guessing the next step is the best the bloat cleanse?

Recently have been seeing these symptoms after an extreme change to a high protein low calorie diet, especially constipation, bloating, acid reflux and inability to digest anything. Also started after a HUGE introduction and bender to vodka. Drank way too much this entire month, and it really hurt my stomach. Wondering if you think this sounds like dysbiosis.

ive been having this bowel issues, like change in bowel habbits after taking ciprofloxacin for like 5 days. its not really that bad, but its starting to bother me cause i havent been able to have that normal bowel habbits that i had before taking the antibiotics. i begun having loose stools all of a sudden. the toilet routine is still there, i would go to the toilet every morning, the habbits are still there in terms of that area. but im just not getting the results that i wanted. the frequency is mostly there, but the consistency is just not there anymore. and i wonder if this is still because of cipro?

yeast overgrowth and dysbiosis are two separate things. Please do not lump these together. and treat the same. Dysbiosis is such a broad term!!

Yeast overgrowth often in forms of Candida Albicans is yes a type of dysbiosis in which gut bacterial balance is off likely due to a pathogen in this case yeast is the pathogen. Cheers!
