Yeah, there's a section of beach in my hometown that needs that sign - it floods with the tides, yet the only reason beachguards are ever there is to get dogs and their owners off the beach... meanwhile, the ships that pass really close to the shore come around the corner there, so you barely have time to react to run from the flood wave that can happen - toddler has drowned from such a flood wave!
