Relatable for many I think. It certainly is for me! I learned that it’s best to utilize the reminder app and alike, so the things pop up to remind you to do that thing. If not, then you need to make a list of things that needs to get done and put it somewhere you know you’ll see it. Have ALL of your appointments, meetings and deadlines written down in ONE calendar. I would recommend NOT having separate calendars for each aspects of your life because you have ONE life and it also prevents double booking. Also…have a designated basket and hooks for important things like keys, wallet, phone so you will always know where it is. That helps me a lot and it might help someone else out too. Please do whatever it is you have to do to organize yourself because it’s NOT a joke or excuse to say “I have issues with short-term memory” or “I’m forgetful.” Well, guess what my dear friend-you are an adult and no one is going to look after a grown adult. I say this with nothing else but love in the kindest way possible.

I know this vid is super old but I have some ways I combat being this messy: 1. Have an alarm clock, not your phone, you’re more likely to hit snooze if its your phone. Also placing it on the other side of the room so you have to walk to turn it off helps 2. Keep your keys, wallet, purse, etc., in one place and put it there every day once you come home. For example, my keys and wallet are always in my purse thats hanging up on a hook in the mud room. I’ll add more I think of later ☺️👍🏽

it's not even funny how accurate this is for me. Yesterday I thought I lost my mom's car keys and they were right in front of me the whole time. Today I accidentally dropped my dad's debit card while it was in my pocket and we found it on the ground where I park my car 😂 and just about a week ago, I lost my own debit card at walmart and had to get a new one.
