Ok weird things happen to me because I'm an overthinker. This Friday in my sociology class the teacher made a mistake and I wanted to correct him (it's not often I do that-heck, it's not often that I pay attention in classes) and I wanted to repair my bad grades by asking questions and paying attention so I raised my hand BUT HE DIDN'T SEE ME AND I WAS FREAKING OUT INSIDE IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING (FOR ME AT LEAST) and I raised my hand again and called his name but he didn't hear me! And my friends noticed so they asked what's wrong and I just told them I needed to go to the restroom and so THEY told him that. I went to the restroom as quickly as I could so I still could go back and ask that question to him because it really bugged me and so I ran to class. All that running really exhausted me so I was breathing heavily and the teacher asked me what's wrong, I just told him I ran and I was tired.

I moved my seat so I could get his attention when I raised my hand but guess what he told me I was being really noisy and I was annoying everybody in class. Oh my god I canNOT stop thinking about that. Idk I guess that's just how my brain works. I'd rather get yelled at than getting a lecture or that kind of stuff. In fact, I used to have severe social anxiety (It still attacks me at times), but one think I've read that really helped me is "will it matter to me when I turn 90?" If it won't, then I try to avoid stressing about it because it has already happened, and unless I have a time travel machine, I won't be able to change it. Enjoy life! Life is too short to constantly worry about what other people think of you. You only have one life. Don't let others ruin it. :)

Lena I understand the struggle!!! Went on vacation to Disney world last week and I pretty much talked myself out of everything that I was wanting to buy for various reasons. Even though I was good on extra spending money I still told myself it's too expensive or I would ask myself do I really need it. I also used to be extremely anxious, overthinking but it helps a lot if you could find a good balance and be more accepting/comfortable with your choices since a lot times there're always disvantages whatever you choose to do. If you had made that choice then it should be what you want/think the best and try to embrace the downsides of it, so it'll leave the least regret. Moreover if the problems are coming from yourself, not from the nature of things, then you should start to work on your own insecurites and build more self confidence.
