I listened to this dozens upon dozens of times as the last thing in my ears before sleep, during years of brutal incarceration, a period of my life I frankly did not wish to survive. I thought seriously about ending my life every day, and this track essentially accomplished that task every night. Every fiber of my soul thanks Sigur Ros for the mercy this music granted me for so long.

These soundwaves act like a portal into the very depths and essence of being and of the universe. So mysterious, almost ominous... eternal, sad yet beautiful. It really does something to my brain and soul that feels like it brings me back home to a place that doesn't exist on this Earth. And I could just float away without a care......it is like a river in space....
