The dealer ship told me they wouldn’t turn my service light off because I didn’t get the full service only the oil change. They wanted me to spend an extra 1,000 for stuff I didn’t need done to my car. Thanks so much I have a 2017 Jaguar XE and it worked!!!!!!

Jaguar XE R-Sport diesel Manual 2017 Right Hand Drive UK (Ignition ON, Driver side door and bonnet opend, press and hold both Break and accelerator padals togeather for 10 seconds). I have just done mine.

Hi. Is there a way to reset the "incorrect diesel exhaust fluid quality detected" on a 2016 Jaguar XE ? It has a 500km countdown and the engine won't star once it reaches zero. Thanks.

I've done this procedure on Jaguar XF 2015 right hand drive: had to open the driver's door (rather than passenger's) + bonnet

@Tim G most models left hand drive models are drivers door+ bonnet, in our application it is the opposite but maybe they have fixed this in the newer models or updated version, still havn't had the chance to try but thank you for confirming!!

Didn't work on my 2016 3.0 DieselXF-RSport, tried several times-NOTHING. Opened both doors-still nothing.

Same here on my 2017 XE R Sport AWD petrol. Tried both combinations and NOTHING.
