"Daire does voiceover of Daire doing work" videos are some great videos. Need them more often.

One of the most in-depth ones I've seen. Was super helpful. Rogue, garage gym reviews and Brandon Campbell have all done good ones but this is more in-depth and more realistic for the averagely stocked toolshed!

How to know if a bar needs maintance? Should i wait until bar does not spin freely? Thank you for the grear content Cheers from Argentina!
@sikastrength3 жыл бұрын
As soon as it slows down noticably from brand new. You can also look for things like abnormal noise when it spins, gritty feeling when you spin it by hand, or one side turning more than the other

Hi Cameron, different blocks on our site have different lengths. They are all mentioned in the description of each. The Road to Anywhere Squat program is an 8 Week program and includes an additional 8 Week maintenance phase. The standard training blocks for Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Field Athletes and Corssfit Athletes are all 4 week blocks. The Beginner Weightlifting Program is 12 Weeks. The Strength and Power for Combat Sports Athletes is 10 Weeks
@matthewmckee62893 жыл бұрын
A block is just a period of training, there isn’t really any set length. Generally they’re anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks.
@angusroewl72063 жыл бұрын

Hi Eric, the Patreon is all but dormant at the moment. We started it as a number of people were asking for a place to contribute to the podcast. You'll notice in the Bio of the page that we say there is no extra content behind the Patreon Paywall, we endevour to keep as much of our information free and available as possible.

The craziest shit is for most of the time I was learning weightlifting was on commercial gyms and they bar don't spin hahaha I learn clean almost 300 pounds without the f bar spining how 🤷 humans can be really figure out stuff when they really try but I would say is a pain in the ass , life way easier if they spin properly.
