I would like to ask someone ( and I mean no disrespect or irony here cause I've been watching Shinzen Videos for quite a while ) what's the point of videos like this one ? Is to inspire or we are supposed to seat in front of the screen as if he was with with us personaly or what? ( cause I close my eyes anyway...and the luminosity of the screen somehow bothers me ) Thanks.
