I was on a project team with a guy like Gilfoyle and a "brogrammer" type. Both drove me to the point of insanity, but ultimately the former at least completed his work - and it was high quality. The brogrammer slacked the entire time and his work was subpar. I'd go with a Gilfoyle type over a brogrammer but probably Dinesh over both.
