When this gets loose does it give off a whistle when accelerating more then 3k rpm?

Spent just over 1 hour doing this today as I was told that the screech when my WRX hits 3.5k revs was probably due to this hose being split Unfortunately after I changed the hose I still have this really loud screaming noise , anyone any ideas

okay so when you say label up what do you mean? I followed your instructions and it still doesn't fit. seems too long

subaru should be ashamed of the garbage that these cars come stock with. i was doing some maintenance on my car and decided to clean the throttle body. holy shit the hose was falling apart at the clamp and it had a huge atleast 1 inch gash on it pretty close to completely failing. now im waiting for my mishimoto hose T_T plz ship me asap

For some reason mine seems short. I installed it correctly per this video and once I tighten down the IC and everything it’s almost barely clamping onto the TB... anybody having the same issue?

J Garcia No that is just a O ring that is reusable for the most part. Unless it is torn.
