Silver Forest - Pettan Pettan Tsurupettan (4K Upscaled)

Tsurupettan at it's finest. Let me explain:
There are two types of graphics you can create on a computer: raster graphics and vector graphics. Raster graphics are essentially images that are made with pixels, while vector graphics are images that are made with paths. Raster graphics are created at a specific quality, and will look it's finest at only that quality, meaning that the more you scale up it's quality, the worse it's going to look. Vector graphics, on the other hand, can be scaled up to any quality due to some mathematical wizard stuff idk.
Adobe Flash was a program that was able to create animations using vector graphics, meaning that most old flash animations that were made back when can be upscaled to any resolution that you can imagine. The individual(s) who made Tsurupettan's video chose not to use Flash's vector graphics system, and instead opted to draw everything in raster using another program, and then importing it into Flash as pictures. I actually had a whinge about this back when I converted Tsurupettan into 1080p.

So the hypothesis is like this: I can convert Tsurupettan's .swf into any resolution I want, but no matter what resolution I convert it in, it will not look good, and probably even worse the higher the resolution is. What a shame. But there's finally a better way.
AI upscaling allows one to put in an image or video to be bumped up to a higher resolution. The catch is that it uses sophisticated math or something to try to clean up the image to make it look like a more appealing one. So, for Tsurupettan's case, I basically put Tsurupettan's master ( • Silver Forest - Pettan... ), set it to 4K, and let it go to town. It was that easy, and the results were pretty convincing, because although the upscaler kept a lot of the image artefacts that came due to either the low quality or file encoding, I'd say that Tsurupettan, after so long, finally looks like an actual animation.
