Nico Young has vastly improved his form. He is not used to losing, so getting out-kicked at the end will help him in future races. Even though his past form looked uncomfortable, he was still running killer times. Changing what previously worked to produce great times could backfire. It’s stupid how quick they run. Even the guys at the back of the race are extremely quick averaging nearly sub 5 minute miles the whole race.

How many corners are you allowed to cut in the NCAA?. They were great at it. Or maybe the red flags were just suggestions.

Just think these people are running at a mile pace faster than most people's mile time. They're doing it for nearly 5 miles which is crazy.

At 4:36 mile race pace, the leaders are actually running faster than most people can run 400 meters!

What is this setup? Corners so tight at the start you have guys getting forced into cutting them. A gas cart spewing fumes and dust into these guys’ lungs the whole time. Just seems very poorly set up.
