⏳Your almost scientific explanations are exactly what I've always looked for in tutorials. Truly understanding the software and its fundamentals. Thank you!

Oh, thanks so much. Great to have such positive feedback. I am always not sure if people do find it boring that I explain a lot and do not have background music etc. Great to hear that you like the explanation style 🙏

Thank you very much for your nice comment. Hmmm. Sorry to hear that it was marked spam. Have you posted it on Patreon? Oh and thank you very much ✨⌛️✨

@@SilverwingVFX No. Unfortunate for me, I'm yet to become one of your Patreons. This is one of my new-year's resolutions - to become one. I will take care of it pretty soon - since I feel you've given me (us) so much - that I sure would love to give back. Even if I'm not on C4D and such - the knowledge is valuable even for a Max user. Besides, generosity must be met with generosity. At least in my universe.

⏳⏳⏳Triple hourglass because I still have a single GPU setup. The duration of the video is perfect. And I will be glad to see Octane's new features, no matter what software it is used in. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Rayswitch for the lights and as a mask - it just blew my mind. I will definitely add this technique to my workflow.

Ohhh thank you so much for the tripple ⏳⏳⏳. Or should I say that I am sorry for your single GPU? Great to hear that you liked the video ✨ And also thank you a lot for listening to my questions and replying to them 🙏🙏🙏

I'm sorry to bother you. Adding all the objects in the scene under the empty object and scaling it will affect the final rendering effect of octane. Is there any way to equal the scaling size without affecting the final rendering effect, and the light and shadow texture will not change? That is really perfect.
@SilverwingVFXКүн бұрын
Hey there and thank you for your comment and your question. There are two solutions to the problem I think. If you scale up your object, you can counter scale the effects of your texture by the same amount. e.g. if you scale up your Object by 1.5 you need to scale the e.g. absorption by 1/1.5 = 0.6666 Or you can apply the scale to all your models that have been scaled in your scene. In C4D by "Reset Scale" kzbin.info/www/bejne/ombMpWSgjJWHi7c In Blender by "Apply Scale" kzbin.info/www/bejne/bJPPYoSdf9GKirc Hope this helps!
