Love simlab gear but this it getting into fia approved seat money territory. Sometimes you have to look away from the sim stuff because the irl gear is sometimes cheaper.

I've just bought a leather drivers seat for a Skoda Superb for £100, was considering a Ricaro from a Fiesta ST for £200 but went for comfort instead, plus it will be better for ETS2. No way would I consider a gaming chair/seat, so many better options.. Jaguar XF... Mercedes S type... Proper leather, full electrics. Just don't set the airbag off....

You can go to any breakers / stock car yard and get a sports seat for a fiver ! Got a bucket seat out of an old Evo .Could have had the racing belt and it slides on rails to make access easier. Pedals ,wheel and graphics cards ,all bigger priorities for your racing.

From what I've seen, there are only minor hardware changes and the software changes are only compatible with a few titles. The wheel is identical. So can't wait for Final Thoughts, including value for the money.

Crazy money. You can get legit Sparco/Corbeau/Cobra seats for less than Simlab are asking for that. That 3D/Spacer fabric is a nightmare for getting snags.

Colin Stratford, all of their seats on the website says for EU customers only (it might only show up if you’re in the US) and if I try it won’t allow me to order. I wouldn’t mind paying extra shipping.... it says not available in your country. I’m sure they can ship to the US (and they did for Barry) but I’ll bet they had problems with freight damage in the past. 😎

no quick way. Sadly have to use some screw handles to make it easier to keep lifting the front and dropping the back

@@THausK me personally would probably go for simlab sf1. Its wider then the sparco. Its a simulator u are not bring trown around annyway so better be comfortable and have room left.. then be a tight squeze and barely fit in the sparco.

Looks like it can't really use all of the adjustment holes on the mount itself. I was actually considering replacing my b4 with this (the b4 is a bit tight because I'm not small) but I think I'll give it a miss because the formula position as Barry demonstrated was too far back and I can't see the mount allowing it to tilt forward

This seat is wrongly shaped for a Formula style seating position. The head rest should be more vertical and should bend forwards a lot more. Playseat F1 seat is more accurate F1 seating position.

I think I’m gonna pick this up to replace the failing seat on the F-GT, bolts stripped out after a lot of heavy braking and now it doesn’t stay up 😢

simlabs are a terrible company to deal with they dont care about their partners i have been waitinf 8 weeks for the gt1 evo trough one of their partner companys and they only send out a couple at a time to them every week so if i were you guys i would order direct from simlabs and not trough their partner companys
