So the Rumbling, which is heavy and hardcore, was from this show Attack on Titan from one of the main characters perspective. Pure destruction so it's meant to be HEAVY. This song is from the other main characters perspective, the female in love with the destructive male character.. so it's "softer" and "Why won't you stay with me", regret and sadness. They did a PERFECT job of capturing the song to the show, you aren't going to love it as much if you haven't seen the anime plain and simple. Those 2 songs were literally made for these characters, and the anime community!!!

yeah the only way to feel how hard the sounds hit is watching all aot, i hear first of last episode and even like this is different after hear again now, hard not crying after all this years

But it was also produced solely for the show, the lyrics are characters talking to each other, so it being more mellow, then a sudden scream has deeper intentions for the characters in the story
